Kind words from clients

Aliya stands between Nibs, a white woman, and Liam, a white man, performing a handfasting ceremony. In the background is the blue of the sea against Portpatrick harbour. A banner with the words 'I wanna be wiht you everywhere' and some gorgeous dried flowers set the ceremony scene.

The coolest wedding ceremony

Aliya made our wedding exactly what we wanted. She was absolutely the right choice for celebrant.

Not only is she an incredible friend, but she is a spectacularly talented celebrant. She listened to exactly what we had in mind, and put in so much work to elevate our ideas. She was patient, engaged, and totally invested during the lead up to our wedding.

The wedding itself quite literally would not have happened without her. She was completely invaluable, always having things in hand, and always there to assist; be it talking with the venue during the days of the wedding, or simply making sure we’d eaten.

We are forever grateful for her hard work, dedication, and friendship.

We had people say this was the coolest wedding ceremony they had been to. And it’s all down to Aliya.

An amazing, emotional ceremony

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant.

Aliya was so amazing, she made everything so perfect and personal for us, she went above and beyond with our family and friends, making sure everyone felt included.

Aliya is such a wonderful lady, she listened to every word we said and gave us such an amazing, emotional ceremony. We highly recommend the inclusive celebrant.

Thank you so much, Aliya, we will never forget how much you've done for our perfect wedding ceremony.

Not a dry eye in the house

Aliya crafted and delivered the most beautiful wedding ceremony for our celebrations in September 2023. We'd had a small legal ceremony a few months before, but wanted to do something that felt much more personal and true to us.

Aliya had so many lovely ideas for how our ceremony could unfold, and for each step of the way she helped guide us towards something that felt right. Through the whole process she was incredibly warm, kind, and sensitive, and involved us closely in all stages. She was absolutely committed to making sure that our story, promises, readings and handfasting reflected what we wanted to say to each other.

The day itself was everything we could have wished for and more. Aliya made everyone feel at ease right from the start (both the audience and the wedding party!). She struck the balance between humour and levity with a beautifully written and delivered ceremony, and by the end, there wasn't a dry eye in the house. It was the perfect start to a really wonderful day. So many people told us afterwards how touching it was.

We wholeheartedly recommend Aliya as a celebrant. She is a gifted writer and speaker, but more importantly she is an empathetic and truly dedicated celebrant and person. Aliya put in so much work and love into writing our ceremony, and that shone through on the day. We felt so very privileged to have her guide us through this stage of our lives. Thank you so much!

Look no further than Aliya

The number of stars cannot reflect how amazing Aliya and her work is.

We were never one of those couples that thought “our wedding day will be the happiest day of our lives”, we thought it was one of those cliches... But genuinely, it really was. Only a few months later can we reflect why/how and start to process it. A big, big part of why we can now say that is down to Aliya.
Aliya is one of the most emotionally intelligent, caring supportive, passionate and just all round good, kind- hearted people you will ever meet. Regardless of her work as a celebrant.

However she totally exudes all of these characteristics as a celebrant.

As with all families and weddings, there are always things to work through that can be both emotional and require lots of thought. Aliya, incredibly skilfully, over months supported us to navigate all of these complex emotions and put together the most beautiful and personalised day.

She dealt with us not knowing what we wanted, kept parents calm, and dealt with high emotions and traumas that came up in the process. She was hugely respectful of us, our family and our friends.
If you are getting married and want someone who is going to create something magical that reflects all that you are together in the most beautiful way, look no further than Aliya.

She thought of everything and everyone’s needs.

We found this very hard to write, as it’s impossible to put into words what this amazing person was able to do for us on our most special of days.
Thank you Aliya, you made our wedding something we never thought was possible ❤❤❤

The perfect celebrant for the perfect day

Aliya was the perfect celebrant, truly making our wedding day amazing. She took the time to craft the most personal ceremony that captured our journey together beautifully. The day wouldn’t have been the same without her wit, professionalism and all around care. I would sincerely recommend The Inclusive Celebrant to anybody wanting to make their event memorable and unique.
